The use of deep heat therapy has been scientifically proven to be extremely beneficial. Bioactive ceramic has been used to help relax muscles, reduce stress and increase blood circulation. The effect of Far Infrared (FIR) penetrates up to 7 centimetres into the human body, thereby improving blood circulation and condition including oxygenation, regenerating cells, strengthening and supporting the immune system, reducing harmful toxins, boosting the metabolism, stimulating the cardiovascular system, rebuilding damaged tissue, relieving  nervous tension and relaxing tired muscles. Using the Far Infrared large ecomat:

• First, connect the controller/power lead to the large ecomat.

•  After plugging in the controller/power lead to the mains electricity supply. Identify the START/STOP button. A red LED (indicating temperature) will illuminate.

• Set the preferred temperature using the UP/DOWN buttons or by rotating the dial. After a few seconds, the ambient temperature of the large ecomat will be displayed which will increase or decrease until the set temperature has been achieved.

• Thereafter the large ecomat will be thermostatically controlled and the set temperature maintained +/- two degrees.

• Remember that the timer function is constant. It will automatically cut the power after eight hours of use, although some large ecomats can be set for four, eight and twelve hours.

• After use, press the START/STOP button to power off.
